  • Front Row Classics is thrilled to welcome back author & historian, Jeremy Arnold. Jeremy and Brandon discuss the art of preparing audio commentaries for blu-ray releases of classic films. They also take time to highlight two films in which Jeremy has provided commentary.The first film discussed is "Sudden Fear" from 1952 starring Joan Crawford, Jack Palance and Gloria Grahame. The book delves into his experiences growing up with a legendary film director father. He, then, forged his own path into becoming one of the true warriors for the performing arts in America. In this interview, you'll hear great stories revolving around such legendary 20th century figures as John F. Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor and Katharine Hepburn. George also pays tribute to his late friend, Sidney Poitier.
  • Howard Berger is an Oscar winner and an Emmy winner for his work in makeup over a forty year career in Hollywood. One of his first projects was "Aliens," and since then has become a fixture in special effects makeup especially in the area of creatures and monsters. Howard won his Academy Award for "The Chronicles of Narnia: the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe." Craig gets a chance to ask him about his prolific career as well as some inside stories about his work with Quentin Tarantino and Sam Raimi. They also talk about the role of mentorships in Hollywood. Howard gives Craig his thoughts behind serving as one of the makeup and hair stylists to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
