The Thomas Rees Memorial Carillon is a carillon located in Washington Park. Carlo van Ulft was appointed Director/Carillonist of the Thomas Rees Memorial Carillon in July, 2015. Carlo talks about his background, the Springfield Carillon, and more with Community Voices' Randy Eccles.
