Faculty, students and staff from both universities have worked together to build a publicly accessible digital archive of COVID-era experiences. That archive serves as the foundation for the art, photography and performances included in “COVID Stories.”

AJ Simmons is the Research Director of the Center for State Policy and Leadership at UIS.

The show places the families in an environment without phones or electricity and challenges them to survive using 19th century methods.
