Four children were killed and six injured, with one in critical condition

Four people died at an after school childcare facility when a vehicle careened into the building.

The names of the deceased and the driver have now been released.

The counties covered by the disaster proclamation include Sangamon and Morgan.

The devices were found at two pumps in the village this week.
