Your favorite local food event is back this autumn! This year, you will enjoy rich autumn flavors with a twist: a 100 mile local food challenge! Ingredients will be sourced in Illinois, within 100 miles from Petersburg and will be expertly integrated into a hearty dinner prepared by Chef Joe Standley of Proud Richard’s. Chef Joe is up to the challenge and excited to create an authentic farm-to-table dinner just for the Alliance community. It will be a new spin on a beloved 15+ year tradition that honors local food and those who produce it.
