Michael Thomas is the business relationship manager at Express Employment Professionals. He also serves as the President of the Central Illinois Customer Service Association and volunteers with other community organizations. He spoke to Community Voices about the services offered at Express and the labor market. He also spoke about the different service needs in the community.
