Carolyn Farrar is the president of the African American History Museum. Farrar not only works to preserve African American history, but she has lived it. She grew up on the same street as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Farrar spoke to Community Voices about knowing Dr. King and the many exhibits at the Springfield African American History Museum.
