Toastmasters is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills. They have clubs in 145 countries. Capital City Toastmasters is one of the local clubs in Springfield. Community Voices Bea Bonner talks with Capital City Toastmasters Treasurer Kathy Brennan about the art of public speaking.
