Meet UIS Director of Athletics Mike Hermann

Mike Hermann accepted the role of Athletic Director at the University of Illinois Springfield in summer 2024. He spoke to Community Voices about his career, how his desire to get back to Division II sports led him to UIS, and his plans for athletics at UIS and in the community. He also shared the successes UIS athletes have in sports and in the classroom.
