Threatening Message Causes Evacuation At Glenwood High School

Glenwood High School

Students at Glenwood High School in Chatham were evacuated after a threatening message was found written on a bathroom wall around 2 p.m. this afternoon.

Local law enforcement conducted a search of the entire building, but found nothing. An ‘all clear’ was given just after 3:30 p.m., and after-school activities resumed as planned. School officials did not provide any additional information regarding the validity of the threat or if there are any suspects at this time.

The Chatham Police Department is leading the investigation.

Last year, Glenwood High School and Middle School both received bomb threats. No bombs were found in either of the buildings.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
