* PEORIA ROAD TIF: Consultant's report says a little over half of buildings in a proposed TIF district between Sangamon and North Grand Avenue are considered dilapidated; estimates $21 million investment in infrastructure, rehabilitation needed to revive the corridor. Still lots of approvals needed.
