Ohio Restaurant Reopens Patio, Dining Room But Is Still Navigating COVID-19 Pandemic

Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson checks in again with Jessica Parkison, co-owner of Salt, a restaurant in Lakewood, Ohio.

After shutting down completely in March due to the coronavirus pandemic, Salt began curbside pickup of takeout food in April.

The restaurant began serving customers on the patio and inside the restaurant in June. Parkison talks about how business is going so far.
