Oregon Rancher Teams Up With Unlikely Allies To Build Wolf Fence

Ted Birdseye, a cattle rancher in southern Oregon, has lost eight cows and two dogs to a pack of wolves over the last few years. Now he’s putting up a fence to keep them out, and he’s even teamed up with the environmentalists that he often clashes with.
