Andre Hawkins supervises the Special Recreation Department at the Springfield Park District.

Andre Hawkins is the Special Recreation Supervisor at the Springfield Park District. He spoke to Community Voices about the activities and camps the park district provides for those with disabilities. He also shared how the community can participate and help coach athletes.
