The Springfield Art Association (SAA) is busy beautifying the city this summer with public art. The organization's summer camp recently constructed a large wooden troll that resides in Lincoln Memorial Garden and has plans to develop a mural at Clay's Popeye's BBQ. SAA's Erin Svendsen and Executive Director Betsy Dollar spoke with Community Voices about the various public art projects in Springfield.
