The Capital Area Concert Band will be presenting a "pre-Christmas" concert Tuesday November 25, 2025 at Trutter Center, 2400 Millenium Drive, Lincoln Land Community College beginning at 7:00 PM. There is no charge for the concert event. Music includes "Incendio", "Midnight in Bethlehem", "The Genius of Ray Charles", "Holiday Celebration", "Up on a Housetop", "Toy Trumpet", and of course "Sleigh Ride".

The band is comprised of musicians from Springfield and surrounding communities under the direction of Harry Hild and Jan Zepp.
