Sean Crawford talks with State Journal-Register Business Editor Tim Landis.

This week:

* YWCA  block - Four proposals under consideration. We talked how we got to this point and what next.

*Home Sales - Area sales dropped more than 13 percent in April; realtors now directly linking it to lack of state budget, inventory shortage.

* Farmers Markets - These are not your mom and dad's markets. They now offer everything from yoga to cooking classes to keep crowds coming. Attendance has dropped in the last few years. Old Capitol Farmers Market opens Wednesday; Illinois Products Farmers Market at the fairgrounds opened last week.
