Europe isn’t seeing anywhere near as many job losses as the U.S. — even though its economy has also collapsed in recent weeks.
As NPR’s Jim Zarroli (@JimZarroli) reports, European countries tend to deal with unemployment in a much different way, and some people say it’s time for the U.S. to adopt a similar model.
