Congress’ $2.2 trillion relief package includes $400 million for mail-in voting, something that Sen. Amy Klobuchar has been pushing for. Last week, she introduced a bill to expand early in-person voting and absentee vote-by-mail to make voting easier in the time of a pandemic.
