Jordan and Aurora Coffey are the couple behind Luminary Kitchen & Provisions. They previously operated American Harvest but pivoted to owning a quick service restaurant during the pandemic. Their restaurant is known for their house-made and local products. The couple spoke to Community Voices about their careers and their plans for the future.
