UIS professor and member of the Institute for Illinois Public Finance (IIPF), Beverly Bunch, discusses the need for budgeting and how things are going post-pandemic. The IIPF is part of the UIS Center for State Policy and Leadership along with NPR Illinois. Bunch discusses her work with the Citizens Club of Springfield and the Volcker Alliance.
