The Trump administration is now using the Pentagon and concerns about national security to stall wind energy projects across the nation.

Here & Now‘s Deborah Becker finds out about how stalled the industry is from David Carroll, CEO of ENGIE North America, a subsidiary of the French energy giant ENGIE. He’s also board chair of the American Clean Power Association.
