Man Claims Responsibility for Lefkow Killings, Commits Suicide

A man who shot himself to death during a traffic stop in Wisconsin left a note claiming he murdered the husband and mother of a federal judge in Chicago last week. The judge, Joan Humphrey Lefkow, had ruled against the man, Bart Ross, in a civil case.
