A lot of uncertainty these days for Illinois members of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees who work for state government.
The union remains without a contract. A strike has been authorized, even though no date has been set and there’s decision if it will occur.
And, the Rauner Administration has launched a website for people to apply for jobs in the case union workers walk off the job.
