Nice earned her B.A in Communications from UIS. She has been creating measurable results in managing corporate communications, fundraising, advertising, external affairs, community relations, government relations, marketing and media for over 15 years.

Working internationally with a focus on all aspects of communications and fundraising management. A significant amount of her experience working in stakeholder management involving governments, NGOs, and resource development companies. Nice joined the NPR Illinois team in 2015.
