Another 1.2 Million Americans Filed Jobless Claims Last Week

This was the 20th straight week of more than 1 million new jobless claims. But the number did fall slightly from the week before.

We talk to Ali Velshi, MSNBC anchor and economics correspondent, about how to interpret the numbers.
