Cranberries have become increasingly popular in China.
Still, on a recent reporting trip, WBUR’s Adrian Ma (@ManyAdrians) was intrigued when he heard about an artisan cranberry sauce maker.
He traveled far and wide to track him down and to taste the sauce, and what he discovered was surprising.
