Carolina’s, an unassuming Mexican restaurant in a South Phoenix barrio, has been serving up chili verde, 13-inch flour tortillas and crispy shredded beef tacos since 1968. Here & Now’s Tonya Mosely visited the restaurant during a busy lunch rush and spoke with one of the sisters who runs the business.
