Release Time For Unaccompanied Migrant Children More Than Doubles Since 2015

Government data shows that unaccompanied migrant children are now being held in U.S. custody for more than twice as long, on average, than they were four years ago. The average number of days children have been held this year is 77, up from 34 in 2015. Farida Jhabvala Romero (@FaridaJhabvala) of KQED reports.
