- Do celebrate a person, place or holiday.
- Do not ask others to take an action based on your message.

What are the NPR Illinois guidelines?
- Please provide "Pro-NUN-see-ay-shun".
- Total message length needs to be 20 seconds.
- Please send requested message to us at least ten days before air date.
- NPR Illinois may edit your message for length or regulatory compliance.
- No political or issue messages.
- If possible, include a .png, .jpg, or .gif (72dpi, close to 1760x1084) you give NPR Illinois the right to use. Include name of who took the picture, who owns the picture or a rights link, and the name(s) of who is in the picture.
