Volunteers of Menard Country Trails and Greenways clean up the Sangamon river in preparation for the annual fall float.

The Menard County Trails and Greenways is preparing for its annual fall float on the Sangamon river in Petersburg, Ill. Terri Treacy and Michael Wiant spoke to Community Voices about the event, as well as the cleanup effort made in Menard County and how the organization is removing invasive plant species.
