Illinois has seen a massive increase in spending on judicial campaigns. Gov. J.B. Pritzker this week signed legislationto prohibit dark money groups, who don't identify their donors, from making financial contributions in those races.

The governor also gave his approval to a package of electric vehicle incentives. And a longtime Illinois House Republican is joining the race for Secretary of State.

Host Sean Crawford is joined by Statehouse Editor Hannah Meisel, Emeritus Professor Charlie Wheeler and Lee Enterprises Statehouse Reporter Brenden Moore.
