Bruce Rauner has been more involved in his personal finances than he let on, and an audit finds the administration could not properly account for more than $7.11 billion in Medicaid payments to private insurance companies.

Sean Crawford hosts with regular panelists Charlie Wheeler and Brian Mackey, and guests Kristen Schorsch, who covers health care for Crain’s Chicago Business, and Tony Arnold, a state politics reporter at Chicago public radio station WBEZ.

Brian Mackey hosts The 21st Show and formerly reported on state government.
