Flashbacks: Fargo

Gramercy Pictures

Front Row Flashbacks is kicking off 2021 with a snowy independent film from 1996 that had a huge impact as it snow blew the Coen Brothers into the world of mainstream cinema and received an avalanche of award nominations. We are discussing the impact of Fargo as it celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year. Along with your Flashbacks hosts Ryan, Jay & Erin we have Front Row Classics host Brandon Davis and friend of the pod, Ryan Hunt. Brandon brings his vast knowledge of classic cinema to explain just what the impact Fargo had in 1996, and Ryan loves this movie so much he wrote a collegiate research paper on Fargo and American greed. Get your snow boots on and get yourself a hearty breakfast and join the Flashbacks crew as we get into Fargo. Oh yah! It’s gonna be good one. You betcha!

Brandon Davis is the host of Classics and Zone-i-Sodes on the Front Row Network. A true fan of cinema history, Brandon holds the distinction of being the official film historian of the Network.
