Handful Of States Try To Restrict Abortion Access During Pandemic

A handful of states are trying to reduce abortion access during the coronavirus pandemic by classifying the procedure as an elective surgery at a time when hospitals have put them off.

Abortion rights groups have sued, but federal judges have ruled against the bans.
