Much of Kansas lacks access to basic broadband needed to work remotely. But some towns are upgrading their networks in an effort to attract more remote workers. Reporter Stephan Bisaha (@SteveBisaha) of the Kansas News Service looks at some of the barriers the town of Pittsburg, Kansas, is facing, even while doing so.
