Jeff Parmenter is the Chief Development Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Illinois. He spoke to Community Voices about the opportunities for mentorship within the program, as well as the great need for volunteers. He also shared his personal experience participating as a mentor in the program, and the lifelong relationship he's made with his "little."
