Thousands flee Ukraine as Russian air assaults continue

Thousands are fleeing the eastern Donbas region of Ukraine as Russia continues its deadly air assault there. Meanwhile, Ukrainian missile and drone attacks on Crimea are targeting oil infrastructure.

Dara Massicot, senior fellow in the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, joins us to discuss.
