Flooding in Waverly, Tenn., one year later

It’s been one year since a flood tore through Waverly, Tenn., and killed 20 people. There’s been a lot of effort to rebuild but it’s still unclear if the town will ever be the same.

WPLN’s Damon Mitchell reports.
