Business Report: State Fair Still Owes Money For Butter Cow And More

It's perhaps the most recognizable symbol of the Illinois State Fair.  And due to the state budget gridlock, no payment has been made to the sculptor.

WUIS' Sean Crawford talks more with the State Journal-Register's Business Editor Tim Landis.  Turns out, Illinois owes fair vendors $1.5 million.  $2,500 of that tab goes to paying for the Butter Cow. Vendors are being told they will have to wait.
