Promoters of the city of Decatur are trying to polish the community's tarnished image. The town has suffered in recent decades from an exodus of jobs and people. The new promotional campaign is called Decatur City Limitless. Nicole Bateman, the Community Marketing Manager for Decatur and Macon County tells Bill Wheelhouse this campaign is designed not only for those considering locating in central Illinois, but also to improve the self-image of area residents:
