Classics: The Big Sleep

Warner Bros.

Front Row Classics brings you the episode voted on by our listeners in this month's Noirvember poll. We close out the month of November with the legendary film noir, The Big Sleep. Humphrey Bogart steps into the shows of legendary gumshoe, Phillip Marlowe. Allison Means joins Brandon and Eric to discuss the phenomenal chemistry between Bogart and Lauren Bacall in this movie based on Raymond Chandler's crime novel. The hosts also try and make sense of the famously confusing plot, partly penned by William Faulkner.

Brandon Davis is the host of Classics and Zone-i-Sodes on the Front Row Network. A true fan of cinema history, Brandon holds the distinction of being the official film historian of the Network.
