The creative team behind Iwájú speak with Beyond the Mouse

This week on Beyond the Mouse, Craig was invited by Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pan- African visual storytelling company Kugali Media to speak with the creative team behind Iwájú. The series, which hits Disney+ today, focuses on a futuristic Nigeria and is told by the perspectives of multiple characters. It really moves the needle forward in terms of long form comic-book style story telling in animation. It was a blast to watch, and we hope you enjoy hearing from the creators!
