She speaks Wednesday night on New Philadelphia at the next Paul Mickey Science Series lecture. It takes place at the museum at Spring and Edwards in Springfield. The event is free. It begins at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 so visitors can see a display on Civil War Quilters.
