On this week's business report:
* YWCA block: two bids, one from Indianapolis and one local, came back from approximately 70 city solicitations for the downtown block; Flaherty & Collins of Indianapolis proposes developing nearly the entire block, including 200 apartments; Seth Molen Construction proposes eight high-end apartments in east half of YWCA building and would demolish the west half.
* Rail update: A hearing scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at American Legion Hall in Chatham to update residents on final phase of high speed rail work in and south of Springfield; project suppose to be mostly finished this year.
* Aeropostale store in White Oaks Mall among 113 to close nationwide after parent company files for bankruptcy; also closing is one in Hickory Pointe Mall in Decatur.
* Barney's Furniture completes move to former Hobby Lobby at Chatham Road and Wabash Avenue on May 19 after 41 years on South Grand Avenue East.
