Cathy Jo Wahl and Aaron Blue visited Community Voices to talk about Rotary Youth Exchange. The program allows students to travel to different countries and live in the homes of their host parents. Blue participated in the program when he spent a year in the Netherlands, and Wahl has hosted students from several different countries in her home in Jacksonville, Ill.
