More political posturing this week, but there seems to be little or no progress on resolving the state budget impasse as Illinois still has no legal spending plan in place. Also, an appeals court overturns some of the corruption convictions against former governor Rod Blagojevich, but he may still have to serve out his full prison sentence.  Mike Riopell, political editor for Chicago's Daily Herald, joins the panel.
