* Sierra Club-CWLP: The utility looked at same numbers and reached different conclusions on future of two oldest coal-fired unit at Dallman Power Station on Lake Springfield. The City of Springfield plans to analyze the whole thing over the next year.
* The Belgian touch: At the YWCA block, a group backed by Gov. Rauner invited in a internationally recognized architect from Belgium to offer green-space, landscape ideas for the block; other developers also are revising plans to fit the city budget with perhaps a decision in a few weeks.
* Aggressive Litchfield: Montgomery County community of 6,500 adding a third industrial park with help from a $2.1 million federal grant; 220 acres and with projections of 600 jobs over the long-term.
